These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Replygo platform ("Platform"), operated by Replygo LLC ("Replygo", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using replygo.io or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use Replygo, you must sign in using your Google account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google login
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring that your Google Business permissions are valid

You may disconnect your Google account at any time.

3. Services Provided

Replygo offers tools to help businesses:

• Manage Google Business Profile reviews
• Generate AI-assisted reply drafts
• Monitor rating performance
• Centralize customer communication insights
• Automate replies (optional)
• Report reviews to Google (where available)

Replygo does not modify or control data stored on Google platforms. All review content originates from Google services.

4. Use of Google API Services

Replygo uses Google APIs to access:

• Google Business Profile listings
• Reviews and ratings
• Reply management features

By using Replygo, you grant permission for the Platform to access your Google data only as required to operate the service.

Replygo complies with:

• Google API Services User Data Policy
• Limited Use Policy

We do not:

• Sell Google user data
• Use Google data for advertising
• Transfer Google data to third parties except as required to provide the Platform

You may revoke access at any time at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Replygo may offer free and paid subscription plans.

If you purchase a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Subscriptions renew unless cancelled
• Prices may change with notice
• Taxes may apply depending on your location

Refund Policy:

Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

We will send you a reminder email before your subscription renews.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse Google Business data
• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
• Reverse engineer or copy the Platform
• Use the Platform to harass or harm others
• Interfere with system security or integrity
• Use automated tools to overload the service

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

7. AI-Generated Content

Replygo provides optional AI-assisted reply drafts.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-assisted replies are generated using OpenAI's models, and you acknowledge that such content may contain inaccuracies. You remain fully responsible for the final message you publish.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing responses
• Replygo is not liable for content you publish on Google or elsewhere

Users remain fully responsible for all submitted replies.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content provided by Replygo are owned by Replygo LLC. Users retain rights to their own business data and submitted content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse Google data
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Required by law or Google API policy

You may cancel your account at any time.

Upon termination, platform access ends and data may be deleted as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as-is" and "as available."

Replygo does not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI suggestions
• Availability of Google services or APIs

Google may change or restrict API access at any time, impacting some features.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Replygo is not liable for lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or indirect damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Wyoming, USA.

13. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Changes become effective upon posting to replygo.io.
• Material updates will be communicated to users.
